Return & Exchange

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will of course take back the product and refund your money or send you a new product.

2. Returns  

Even when there is nothing wrong with the product, if you do not like the color, print, size and any others, you can return it within 30 days after ordering for a full refund, but you must afford the return shipping fee. You can also

  • exchange it if you don’t like the product,
  • receive a coupon for your next order, 
  • have the product cost refunded.

Please contact us if one of these reasons should apply to you.

3.Return Conditions

a. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

b. Any included accessories, documentation, or promotional items must be returned along with the product.

c. Products that are personalized may not be eligible for return.

4.Return Process

a. Prior Authorization: Before returning a product, customers must obtain prior authorization from our customer service team. This can usually be done by contacting our support via email.

b. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item back to us, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you need a shipping label, please contact us and our customer support will email you the return shipping label. Please note, we will charge a $7-9 for shipping when refund based on the location if you request to use the return shipping label.

c. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method or provide an exchange, as per the customer's preference.

5.Non-Returnable Items:

a. The following items are typically non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

To help us keep our promise – we ask you to do a couple of things...

1. Don’t make a large order until you have made some kind of test!

If you are a little unsure about sizes, colors, cuts, or printing techniques – submit a test order before making the big purchase! If returning more than 2 items, there will be a 25% restocking fee. 

2. Check your order’s e-mail confirmation immediately!

If you see any mistake or have picked the wrong design, follow the link in the order confirmation e-mail and cancel the order immediately. Registered users can view their previous orders, edit them and re-order certain items.

3. Order as soon as possible if you need your order for a specific date.

We are fast, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to design errors or stock issues. We cannot accept a shirt being a day late for your grandmother’s birthday as a reason for your return.

Refund

1. The refund will be processed within 24 hours if you asked to cancel your order.

2. The refund will be processed around 2-4 days after received the returned package if you return the item.
